Contracts for Accommodation shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or custom. In the case where the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate these terms and conditions as well as the custom, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Refusal of Accommodations

The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases:

1. When the application for accommodation does not conform to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2. When the hotel is fully booked and no room is available.
3. When the Guest seeking accommodation is clearly deemed liable to conduct himself in a manner that will contravene the laws or act against the public order or good morals in regard to his accommodation.
4. When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected to be carrying an infectious disease.
5. When the Hotel is requested to assume an unreasonable burden in regard to his accommodation.
6. When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities, dis-function of the facilities and/or other unavoidable causes.
7. When the Guest seeking accommodation is in the state of intoxication and is deemed liable to bring and/or have brought evident inconvenience to other guests.
8. When the Guest is clearly deemed to commit a crime or to conduct himself in a manner that will contravene the criminal law.

The hotel will present the exact fees to the Guest before providing rooms. In case of insufficient cash or other reasons the guest may not pay the accommodation costs, the Hotel will treat the incident as deliberately evade fees and will decide according to law. For any failure to understand the fees, please confirm before check in.

2. Observance of Use Regulations

The Guest should observe the following Use Regulations.

1. 1. Please do not bring into the hotel the following items.
   (A) Animals (B) Plenty of goods (C) Unclean and/or smelly items (D) Inflammable and/or ablaze substance like gunpowder and volatile oil (E) Guns、swords which are prohibited by law.
2. Please refrain from smoking in places where fires may be easily caused (e.g., in bed) .
3. Please refrain from shouting, singing or other activities which may disturb other guests.
4. Please refrain from using soporific etc and other drugs.
5. Please refrain from gambling or other malfeasances in the hotel.
6. Please do not alter the equipment or fixtures in the Hotel or use them for unintended purposes.
7. Please do not install any matter on the building or equipments of the Hotel and/or change the present status by any treatment.
8. Please do not advertising or dealing in the Hotel.
9. Please do not install any matter on the building or equipments of the Hotel and/or change the present status by any treatment.
10. Please do not throw items out of the window.
11. Please do not place the belongings in the corridor and/or in the hall.
12. Please do not take drink and foods directly from the hotel other than from the courtesy counter.
13. Please do not take all fixtures which in the hotel out of the room.

3. Other matters to be observed

1. The Hotel is not responsible when illness, injury or accidents happened to the Guest.
2. The Guest shall compensate the Hotel in accordance with the acceptable present value for the damage of the furniture, items, structure trunk and equipments and/or water leakage, graffiti, scorch and etc. caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest.
3. The responsibilities during the accommodations started as the Guest enter the Hotel, and ended as the Guest return the key to the counter and check-out.
4. . After chick-in if the Guest has to check-out for unavoidable matters, please check-out as soon as possible. At this point the Guest does not have to pay for any expense.
5. The Hotel shall not be liable for the left articles caused by inattention of the Guest.
6. Please lock a car in the parking lot. The Hotel shall not be liable for lose of valuable articles or accidents.
